Inside a high-end restaurant, a man excitedly exclaims, "It really stopped!" He holds a time-stopping device resembling a call bell and circles around the motionless chef, Suzu Nonomiya, and waitress, Elena Sasamiya. The man presses the device again, and they begin to move again. The man, drooling with excitement, grins and orders food while staring intently at the waitress's body lines as if devouring her with his eyes. He then presses the device again, and once again, waitress Elena stops moving. The man's expression transforms into that of a beast, and he goes on a rampage through the restaurant!
